Holmwood Preschool is a well established and highly regarded preschool in Wallington in the London Borough of Sutton, which has been rated ‘Good with Outstanding elements’ by Ofsted.
Holmwood has been offering morning only sessions to children aged two to four years old since 1992. The preschool was started by the Wallington United Reformed Church and is housed within the church premises. The preschool is a registered charity.

The preschool is managed on a day to day basis by the Manager and five additional staff. The preschool is overseen by the Chairperson Sheila Cruchley M.A. in Education, (SEN), with QTS.
All of our staff have qualifications in early years education. The staff qualifications range from QTS, EYE, DPP and NVQ III and NVQ II.
Each session is covered by four staff led by the Manager. We have a maximum of 18 children per session. The preschool is run by an elected committee made up of the Chairperson, two representatives of the church and parents of the children who attend.
The preschool is situated in a designated secure area of the church. We have access to a small paved outdoor area and to the large church hall, allowing inside and outside play and room for exercise and games.
Hours are 9.15 – 12.15 Monday to Friday with an optional lunch club running from 12.15-1.15 Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There is no parking for parents on site.
